We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within the warranty* follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
*7 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange the refund of the item price. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Please submit a "Return or Exchange" ticket within 7 days of the order being received.
Note: Items that can be returned/refunded within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Items are in the original packing with tags.
2. Items are in brand new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
Products not eligible for returns are the following:
- purchased through retailers
- incorrect items purchased
- items in good condition
- items delivered incorrectly
- items damaged through customer mishandling

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
If your item got damaged while still in transit, we advise you to send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to email@example.com. Sending the proof of damage in a form of video/ picture is required so we can assess the damage on the product and so we can come up with available options for you.
Please expect an email from us stating the condition of your returned item including the status of your refund once we receive and inspect your item.
Once your refund request has been approved and processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Please note that the processing time will differ depending on your payment merchant. However, in most cases it only takes a couple of days.
Our 30 Days Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In case your refund has not been made still after a week, we advise you please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as processing your refund may take a few more processing days.
If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check the situation for you.
In case you change your mind after checking out, we can easily give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Cancellation past this allotted time will no longer so you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.
Items placed under sale are not applicable for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
